ALL INCLUSIVE BUNDLES (3D Tour, Photography and RMS Floor Plan):

  • less than 1,500 sq. ft $197 + GST

  • 1,500 - 3,000 sq. ft. $241 + GST

  • 3,000 - 4,000 sq. ft. $296 + GST

  • Above 4,000 sq. ft. $340 + GST

    *Prices reflect above and below grade square footage.

Add $50 for weekend bookings.

Add $100 to any bundle to have your appointment booked with a photographer with Supra Key Access.

Free Travel Radius

Our services include a free travel radius. If your property falls outside of the free travel radius an extra fee will be added. Please contact us before booking to determine the travel fee.

Assistance Services and Social Media

  • $100 for 5 social media posts highlighting you and your property. 

  • $50 for the following assistant services with 24 hour notice
